Anne-Marie Hendry has developed many new ideas for the use of modelling clay art and has produced two books related to boating safety as commissioned by Bombardier Inc., and the Canadian Coast Guard. See Store for details. These books have full colour illustrations and a glossary of terms and information about the Canadian Coast Guard ships and equipment.

The Beaver Mascot created by Anne-Marie Hendry won
the contest at Beaverton and was selected to represent the town of Beaverton.

Many people do many things, I have seen and talked
to many artists from all different places. All having great talent but
none having more talent than Anne-Marie whom I met recently. She not only

never thought that modelling clay art could go so far. But Anne-Marie's talent
of how modelling clay art can make a difference in one's life and the sky is the
limit, it's not just about talent but its about healing, caring and being

Anne-Marie Hendry's modelling clay art boomerang
buddies "O'Ché" and "Echo" came
about from the concept of the Australian boomerang which, when properly
thrown, returns to its point of origin after making a circuit in the air.
Echo and O'che's boomerang ears were developed the day she saw her
daughter get out of bed with bedhead! Her hair was sticking up like
a boomerang on the top of her head. Naturally Anne-Marie's two mascots had to sport
one too! The rest is history! These personal mascots symbolize the way
that satisfaction and feedback return to her after she has taught a modelling clay art workshop. Modelling clay is a non-toxic, peanut free modelling material. See the Workshop
Page for details of how the Workshops can be booked.
This comic strip is an introduction to my characters - Echo and O'Che - and their missive on how to behave with faith, love, humor, and thoughtfulness toward others. I hope to continue to create more comic strips featuring these two loveable critters as their characters develop and post new strips on the site regularly for viewers to read and enjoy.
